iOS Font Maker is a utility for Mac OS X, Windows and Linux that converts TrueType and OpenType fonts into a format that can be installed in iOS devices – iPads, iPhones and the iPod Touch. This is free, but if you like it please donate something to a school.

NEW: iOS Font Maker 1.1

The utility now supports converting multiple fonts into a single installable mobileconfig file, which also cuts down the list of profiles in the iOS device. Pick ‘Multiple Fonts’ and select each typeface file, one at a time.

The iOS Font Maker utility was made with a development tool called LiveCode. If you'd like to see how it was built you can download the free Community Edition of LiveCode and the iOS Font Maker stack (link coming soon) and see for yourself.
